PRIVACY POLICY (NEURO T22)

1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
1.1. Answers to test questions for analysis by the neural network.
1.2. Email (during payment via the payment system).
1.3. Technical data (cookies, IP address) for stable website operation.

2. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
2.1. Processing data by AI to form a report.
2.2. Communicating with the user regarding product access and support.

3. STORAGE AND PROTECTION
3.1. Data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL) servers using standard access protection measures.
3.2. We do NOT transfer your personal answers to third parties, except for the AI provider (OpenRouter/OpenAI-compatible API) for report generation in an anonymized form.

4. YOUR RIGHTS
4.1. You can request the deletion of your session and answers from the database by writing to support@neuro22.help.

5. STORAGE PERIOD
5.1. Answers are stored as long as necessary to provide the user with access to the report.
