REFUND POLICY (NEURO T22) 1. ONE-TIME PRODUCTS (REPORT) 1.1. The digital product is considered delivered at the moment the report is generated and displayed on the screen. 1.2. After gaining access to the analysis results, no refund is provided (according to digital content laws). 2. TECHNICAL FAILURES 2.1. If the payment was successful but the report was not generated due to a Neuro T22 technical fault, a full refund or re-delivery of the digital report is provided. 3. APPLICATION PROCEDURE 3.1.
